I know there are a lot of sources out there about essential oils. There are also many companies selling essential oils, as well. There are so many people and companies to choose from when you want to purchase oils. So, take your pick. This is not that kind of story.
What I would like to talk about is how essential oils can be quite a powerful addition to your healing process. If you know me, or have worked with me, you know that I advocate the importance of emotional healing in every facet of the work that I do. The emotional aspect is one that is often overlooked as a contributing factor in many issues, mental and physical.
That being said, today, I would like to talk about Thyme. I use this oil in my custom release blend to help clients who are dealing with past emotional trauma. Thyme is about time.
Thyme is a powerful cleanser of the emotional body and helps address trapped emotions and feelings that have been buried for a long time. It reaches deep within, searching for unresolved negativity and brings it to the surface to be dealt with. All of those old, stagnant feelings come to light. It is very helpful in specifically dealing with toxic emotions of rage, hate, anger and resentment. All of that stuff you held bottled up inside.
Thyme empties you of all of the negativity, which allows you to open up. Then, as you open up, you are more able to receive love and offer forgiveness. As you start forgive, you free yourself from emotional bondage and the trapped feelings that are holding you back. Thyme transforms hate and anger into love and forgiveness. Thyme teaches, “It’s time to move forward and let go.”
As a side note, these particular pent up emotions are often connected with the gallbladder. If you have issues with your gallbladder, Thyme may be even more beneficial for you.
