Have you ever caught yourself feeling a little… dim? Like the light inside you isn’t shining quite as brightly as it once did? You’re not alone. Life’s demands, stress, and even self-doubt can cloud that inner fire. But here’s the good news – your spark is always there. It just needs a little tending.
This week, as part of my Radiate & Rise theme, I want to share three gentle but powerful ways you can reignite your inner spark and step into your confidence, courage, and personal power.
1️⃣ Align Your Solar Plexus Energy
The solar plexus chakra – located at the center of your upper abdomen – is the energy hub for confidence, willpower, and self-esteem. When this energy center feels blocked or depleted, you might feel indecisive, unmotivated, or doubtful of your abilities.
A simple practice:
👉 Place your hand over your solar plexus. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply, imagining a warm, golden light expanding from within. With each breath, affirm:
“I am strong. I am capable. I am enough.”
2️⃣ Reconnect With What Lights You Up
When was the last time you did something that truly filled you with joy or purpose? Confidence grows when we engage in what fuels us.
Take five minutes today to reflect:
✨ What activity or passion brings you to life?
✨ How can you invite just a little more of that into your week?
Small steps matter. A tiny spark can relight a roaring flame.
3️⃣ Move Your Body, Shift Your Energy
Movement is one of the fastest ways to break through energetic stagnation. Whether it’s a walk in nature, a few minutes of tai chi, or simply standing tall and stretching, your body holds the key to unlocking bold, confident energy.
Next time you feel your light dimming, try this: stand, roll your shoulders back, lift your chest, and breathe deeply. Feel your energy rise.
