Integration is often misunderstood as something we need to actively do–maintain routines, track progress, or preserve a feeling. But true integration happens when the body feels safe enough to absorb change naturally.
Ease doesn’t need to be held onto. It doesn’t disappear because it fluctuates.
Sometimes integration shows up as subtle differences: a softer reaction, quicker recovery, or increased awareness of what supports you.
This week is an invitation to pause before moving forward–to notice what has shifted without evaluating or defining it.
The body remembers what supports it.
Allowing ease to settle is an act of trust.
